Stop Outlook from Saving your E-mail on the Server
If you’re a Gadget Hosting customer, you can use this step-by-step guide to tell Outlook you only want messages stored on your local hard disk so that your e-mail doesn’t fill up your hosting account on the server.
If you’re a customer of another web host, these instructions are applicable to your too, you may just have to change the format of your login credentials (user ID, outgoing and incoming server).
